Fast4Truth 3 - my 2010 "new" blogger layout

I created fast4truth3 in 2010,
and understand that it is "new" blogger with different code.

XML I know nothing about.

The width is different, but not a big problem ------------------10-20-30-40-50-60-70-80-90-100-11-120-130-140-150-160-170-180-190-200

What I would like:-

1. the top of the page as in fast4truth2.
2. everything under the last link as in fast4truth2.

Most important is to get rid of the pencil where it is,
and get rid of HOME and OLDER POST.

Any ideas, please?
