Dear Sir,

I have been made aware of comments
expressing dissatisfaction with Devon and Cornwall Police,
that have been posted on a number of different web-sites.

Clearly, your concerns are important to us,
so I would ask that you make contact with us on 08452 777444,
so that an appointment can be made
to see you and record details of your complaint(s).

Alternatively, if you would like to provide me with your contact details,
including your home address,
I will ensure local officers contact you.

Finally, I can appreciate that you may not wish to deal with the police directly.

Consequently, you can contact the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC),
who can record a complaint on your behalf.

Their web address is below:

Jim Colwell

Seems someone in my mailing list has been in touch with police.

I am going to leave it to police to read my website thoroughly,
and then email me questions.

This time - if police want any involvement -
it is going to be on my terms - not theirs.

This time - there will be a paper record of everything -
and everything in the open.

My story is on the internet - where it should be.

When police are willing to accept
that Detective Inspector Draper's Report to the CPS
bears no relation to the truth,
and that I was ruined, criminalised, and estranged from my family
as a direct and forseeable result
of conspiracy to pervert the course of justice by police officers,
that information can be put on paper,
and made public.

This time, there will be no cover-up.
