Tim Wilmot's father returned in company with his cousin,
and once again, massive pressure was applied for Tim Wilmot to quit.
In an almost identical event to the first,
Tim Wilmot turned to the bucket,
and repeated what his Father had seen and heard before.
His Father and cousin reported to police,
and made witness statements.
Police were now in a strong position
to bring to an end intolerable allegations
against Caradon District Council.
